But the last update create a bug, and I cannot open the app anymore...

Very nice app for calling taxi, u can check your position for taking cab and see the real time positioning of taxi. Recommend
Some bad moments
Seems to have a lot of drivers in shanghai, can usually get a bite faster than other apps. Very happy with it, been using over a year now.
The best part of this app is that they will issue invoices by trip upon request as long as the total amount of all the invoices issued and mailed at one time exceeds, say, 200 RMB
yuan. This is very considerate cause I will need to apply to different clients for reimbursement.
And the system is stable and seldom black out.
Granted Shanghai has a much better transport infrastructure than Beijing. For example SH has less congested roads that trap taxis in traffic and a viable subway system that offloads taxi demand.
Nevertheless, the application and incentives given to drivers really works well. You can see where the taxi is so can have some expectations about arrival time. When demand is higher than supply, you can see how many taxis are being hailed and then have an option to call for a private car (which I havent had to use).
Dont know how the developer makes money but it is very useful and a necessity in Shanghai!
Current version is fast, drivers respond very quickly, saving big time, its great app to have in the city when I need a taxi quickly.
Being in Chongqing china its an essential app to get the cab. All its features are amazing. Hope they can support English version in future for foreign users.
Most of the taxi app made in Hong Kong would automatically chose taxi which are meant to cross harbour without extra charge. I suppose this app just doesnt know whats the difference between cross harbour taxi and non cross harbour one. Hence, it is classified as not user friendly. I rather prefer local made in Hong Kong app.
